Privacy policy

How information is handled when you use Rokkad, and how to contact us about your privacy.

Effective date: 28 September 2026

1. Who we are

Rokkad is operated by Rajesh Rathod under the business name Rokkad. This notice covers rokkad.com, platform accounts, workspaces and support.

A business using a workspace decides which borrower information it collects and how it uses that information for lending. Rokkad processes workspace records to provide the software service to that business. We also handle account administration, subscription billing, support and service-security information.

If you are a borrower, contact your lending business first about your loan or corrections to its records. You may also contact us about how the platform handles your information. We may need to verify your identity and coordinate with the business. Rokkad does not become your lender because a business uses our software.

2. Information we handle

  • Accounts and workspaces: names, email addresses, account credentials, business details, memberships, permissions and preferences.
  • Workspace records: borrower contact details, addresses, identity information and supporting documents, photographs, collateral descriptions and valuations, loans, payments, releases and related records. The information depends on what the business enters or imports.
  • Subscriptions: plans, invoices, payment references, payment status and transaction information received from the payment provider.
  • Support and technical information: correspondence, troubleshooting information, request and security logs, browser and network information, and records of relevant actions within the service.

Only provide information that is necessary and that you are authorised to supply. Do not send passwords, card security codes or unnecessary identity documents in support emails. Photo capture requests camera access when you choose that feature; selecting a file is an alternative.

3. How information is used

We use information to authenticate users, apply workspace permissions, operate loan and collateral workflows, generate requested documents and reports, process subscriptions, provide support, maintain backups and security, investigate misuse and meet applicable legal obligations. Workspace-directed communications use recipient information supplied by that business.

4. Access and service providers

Authorised workspace members can access information according to their permissions. Hosting, payment, email and other service providers process information needed for their services. Our infrastructure includes Akamai/Linode hosting, Google Workspace for business email and Razorpay for supported subscription payments. Communication providers depend on the channels enabled for the service or workspace.

Some interface libraries load from external content-delivery networks, including jsDelivr, cdnjs and unpkg. Your browser sends ordinary request information, such as its network address, when connecting to those providers. Their services have their own privacy terms.

Information may also be disclosed when legally required or reasonably necessary to investigate misuse or protect rights, subject to applicable law.

5. Cookies and browser storage

Rokkad uses cookies and browser storage for sign-in, request security and interface preferences. Blocking necessary cookies can prevent these functions from working. You can manage cookies and site storage through your browser settings.

6. Security and storage

Controls include encrypted connections, account authentication, workspace access restrictions and operational backups. Support and maintenance access is limited to authorised work. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Provider infrastructure and support processing may involve more than one country.

7. Retention and workspace closure

Information is retained for the service purposes for which it is needed and for applicable accounting, security, dispute and legal requirements. Subscription expiry alone does not delete records. Closing a workspace or stopping payment does not automatically remove loan history, transaction evidence or backups.

Closure and data requests are support-assisted. We verify the requesting owner's authority, explain available exports and identify information that can be removed or must be retained, with the reasons. Backup copies may remain until their applicable retention period ends. Contact us for an assessment of your request; we do not promise automatic deletion or a fixed purge deadline.

8. Your requests and grievances

Contact Rajesh Rathod using the details below to ask about information held about you, seek correction, raise a privacy complaint, or request withdrawal of consent or deletion where applicable. We may need to verify your identity and authority. Borrower requests may require coordination with the lending business.

Some requests may affect the service we can provide. Legal retention duties and the need to preserve transaction evidence may limit changes or deletion; we will explain applicable limitations. We will address privacy grievances within one month of receipt, or a shorter period where required by applicable law.

9. Children

Platform accounts are intended for adults authorised to act for their business. Workspaces must ensure that information about children or other persons is collected and handled lawfully. Contact us about information that should not have been supplied.

10. Changes to this notice

We will publish material changes with an updated effective date and communicate them as required. This notice does not replace any separate notice or consent required for a particular use of personal information.
