What to expect when you start using Rokkad for your pawn-lending business.
How do I start the free trial?
Create your account, verify your sign-in email and create a Workspace. Review and accept the trial terms to begin your 30 days, then continue with business setup and team invitations. Creating an account alone does not start the trial.
Do I need a card? Will I be charged automatically?
No card is required and there is no automatic charge. The free trial does not create a payment mandate or automatically convert to a paid subscription.
How many people can join?
Your trial includes you, the owner, plus up to five staff: six people total. Pending invitations reserve seats. Invite teammates from your Workspace's team settings and assign the appropriate roles. Each person follows their invitation email, signs in and verifies their email before joining.
What if an invitation email does not arrive?
Check the recipient address, spam folder and invitation status in team settings. Email can take a few minutes. If it is still missing, contact support@rokkad.com so we can check delivery.
Can I start a trial for every Workspace?
Each owner account can start one free trial Workspace. You can belong to multiple Workspaces, but creating another does not give you another free trial. Existing Workspaces keep their current plans and access.
What happens when my 30 days end?
Your billing page shows the exact trial end and read-only start dates. The current policy provides a seven-day grace period, then read-only access unless continued access is arranged. Expiry alone does not delete your records, and no payment is taken automatically. Contact support before expiry to review your next steps.
Can I subscribe after the trial?
The monthly offer is ₹1,499 per Workspace per month for the owner plus five staff. Paid subscriptions are available from your Workspace billing page after the trial ends. Continuation depends on availability and your explicit subscription consent. See trial details and pricing for the current offer.
Where can I find cancellation and refund terms?
Our cancellation and refund policy explains stopping future renewals, requesting a refund and review timelines. Cancelling renewals does not itself request a refund or delete Workspace records.
